The objective for the 1 Bay East Fit‑Out was to deliver a high‑performance, technology‑enabled, and environmentally advanced workplace, aligned with Citi’s global brand and operational standards, while achieving market‑leading sustainability and wellbeing certifications.


The Challenge / Need
