Strategic Objective
Citibank’s global workplace strategy is anchored in flexibility, collaboration, wellbeing, and sustainability. In Hong Kong—one of the world’s most demanding commercial real‑estate markets—Citi sought to create a next‑generation workplace that would serve as a global reference point.
The objective for the 1 Bay East Fit‑Out was to deliver a high‑performance, technology‑enabled, and environmentally advanced workplace, aligned with Citi’s global brand and operational standards, while achieving market‑leading sustainability and wellbeing certifications.
