Strategic Objective
The Lakehaven development aimed to deliver a new extra-large format Bunnings Warehouse to service a growing regional catchment while repositioning a previously underutilised industrial site into a high-performing retail asset.
The project was designed to strengthen Bunnings’ footprint in the Central Coast region and provide a modern, efficient, and customer-focused retail destination.
The Challenge / Need
The project involved the transformation of a former concrete batching plant, presenting several complex challenges:
