Rather, the people affected by the change\tshould be involved in the creation of the plan. If people have played a part in the\t\tdevelopment of the plan, they will be more likely to support it.<br \/>\nStructure the plan in achievable\tchunks.<br \/>\nOverly ambitious plans are usually\tdoomed to failure. Build a plan that can be tackled in manageable, achievable chunks.<br \/>\nSpecify roles\tand responsibilities.<br \/>\nEstablishing\taccountability in any implementation plan is essential. Define clear roles and responsibilities from the beginning to avoid any confusion later.<br \/>\nMake the plan\tsimple.<br \/>\nAn overly complex plan may confuse\tand frustrate those participating in the change effort. Make your plan clear, concise, and\tcoherent.<br \/>\nBuild in\tflexibility.<br \/>\nChange programs seldom follow\t\ttheir planned trajectories or timetables.
