In a marketplace obsessed with external threats and competitive positioning, the Resource-Based View (RBV) offers a refreshing lens: what if sustainable competitive advantage doesn\u2019t come from reacting to the market\u2014but from building something so unique and valuable that the market has no choice but to respect it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rooted in strategic management theory, the RBV argues that it\u2019s a firm\u2019s internal resources and capabilities<\/strong>\u2014not just market position or industry forces\u2014that determine sustained competitive performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
