But after years of leading teams, advising executives, and working across boardrooms, I\u2019ve discovered it\u2019s anything but common.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In fact, it&#8217;s rare. And that\u2019s exactly why it\u2019s powerful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First Principles Thinking is the mental model that separates the founder from the follower.
