Quality control is the process of ensuring that a product or service meets a certain level of quality. Quality assurance is the process of ensuring that the processes used to create the product or service are the best possible to achieve the desired quality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Setting clear expectations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One of the most important things you can do as a project manager is to set clear quality standards from the beginning. This means defining what quality means for your project and communicating that to your team. Quality can mean different things for different projects, so it&#8217;s important to be specific. You might also consider using tools like checklists, inspections, and testing to ensure that your team is meeting your quality standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Risk<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Another important aspect of quality control and assurance is risk management. You need to be aware of potential risks that could impact the quality of your project, and take steps to mitigate those risks.
