However, achieving these objectives is not always easy. Without proper risk management, you are essentially flying blind, and you may not be aware of potential issues that could impact your project&#8217;s success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Managing project risks can help you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\">\n<li>Anticipate potential problems and proactively take steps to mitigate them.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure that your project stays on track and meets its objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protect your project from unexpected events that could lead to delays or cost overruns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improve communication with stakeholders by keeping them informed of potential risks and how you plan to address them.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What do Risks look like<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Risks are those items, or potential events, that if not acted on to prevent, will cause you, your project, your people, your customer, your reputation, your confidence, Harm!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Risks come in many different forms, and from every context.
