The ability to make the right decisions at the right time can make the difference between the success and failure of an organization. In Transitioning to Enterprise Leadership, the focus is on developing a strategic mindset that enables leaders to make informed decisions that drive business success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Does Decision Making have to be so Hard?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Strategic decision-making requires leaders to consider multiple variables, such as market trends, customer needs, competition, and internal capabilities. It is a complex process that involves analyzing information, weighing options (I call this &#8216;the theory of competing ideas&#8217;), and assessing risks.
