to expand service capability within a rapidly growing catchment and replace a significantly undersized existing store in the town centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The objective was to deliver a modern, extra-large format retail asset that strengthens Bunnings\u2019 market presence while providing a comprehensive, customer-focused destination for home improvement and trade
