The facility operates within a <strong>tightly regulated Five Eyes (FVEY) security environment<\/strong>, where infrastructure decisions carry operational, diplomatic, and reputational consequence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Constructed in <strong>1952<\/strong>, the property is recognised as a <strong>heritage asset of national significance to both the United Kingdom and Australia<\/strong>.
