When they don\u2019t, organisations inherit cost, complexity and operational fragility instead of advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When robotics investments become material, visible or enterprise\u2011critical, leaders require decisions that are <strong>commercially sound, operationally viable and defensible over time<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Experience in Robotics &amp;
