Capturing landlord requirements was key to this project and the sequencing of works for each area.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.q3ed.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/HPERe-instatement.png\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-555 Deliverables<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Dismantling and removal of existing furniture<\/li>\n<li>Shutting down and returning of IT, AV and security equipment back to client<\/li>\n<li>Sample approvals from landlord<\/li>\n<li>Demolition and removal of existing partitions, plaster ceiling, doors, carpets, crack units, unrequired services<\/li>\n<li>Self-levelling required for the concrete flooring<\/li>\n<li>Rewiring of existing power points and lighting<\/li>\n<li>Make good all ceiling tiles<\/li>\n<li>Painting of walls<\/li>\n<li>Installation of new entrance and fire exits doors<\/li>\n<li>Building of new boundary wall<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Outcome<\/h3>\n<p>The project was handed over at 3 different stages and on time, each on time, each delivering the financial
