Sustainable construction practices may not have been as prominant in earlier generations of construction (even in New Zealand) however with the discovery of banned contaminants within this Property and given that it is the High Commissioners Home in Wellington, a Showcase State property of the British People, the mandate from the British Government was clear – remove all banned construction materials from all British Government Properties. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
