(installation contactor controlled by Principal)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qfactor&#8217; RESPONSIBILITIES <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engineering and Project Management of:\n<ul>\n<li>Structural<\/li>\n<li>Mechanical<\/li>\n<li>Electrical<\/li>\n<li>Instrumentation design teams<\/li>\n<li>Hazard prevention, Fire detection, Fire Suppression systems, Evacuation systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Development and Management of the Project\/Program Office, further redevelopment of the OEM\u2019s Project Management system in application, execution conformance\/monitoring.<\/li>\n<li>Engineering design process review and execution conformance\/monitoring<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for all aspects of\n<ul>\n<li>Engineering Design,<\/li>\n<li>Detailed Drafting<\/li>\n<li>Workshop Detailing<\/li>\n<li>Procurement control process, Contractor evaluations, and Contractor Contract negotiations.<\/li>\n<li>Contract Management of 47 suppliers, 6 major subcontractors<\/li>\n<li>Construction and Erection Management<\/li>\n<li>Risk and Legals<\/li>\n<li>Performance Criteria and Quality outcomes<\/li>\n<li>Commissioning and 3 month operation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Safety system development and execution conformance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>TEAM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Design<\/strong> phase team consisted of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 x Lead designer<\/li>\n<li>4 x Engineers,<\/li>\n<li>8 x Drafters ( 2 structural, 2 mechanical, 2 Electrical\/instrumentation, 2 Hydraulic),<\/li>\n<li>1 x PLC\/SCADA designers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Construction <\/strong>phase team consisted of:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 x Project Manager<\/li>\n<li>1 x Quality Manager<\/li>\n<li>1 x Safety Manager<\/li>\n<li>1 x Construction Engineer<\/li>\n<li>1 x Fabrication contractor<\/li>\n<li>1 x Electrical contractor<\/li>\n<li>1 x Erection\/Construction contractor<\/li>\n<li>5 x Functional Suppliers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We were engaged to develop the travelling docking system to support the new model aircraft that was to be houses at Vietnam Airways hangers in Ho Chi Minh City.
